Questions
- What happens on day 31?
- The trial ends and the organisation moves to Remote access. Data collection and dashboards switch off. Nothing is deleted. If you had more than five devices they keep working, but a sixth cannot be added until Monitor is on.
- Do I need a device at every site?
- Yes. A Spoke sits on each plant network and is the only thing that talks to the controllers. There is no device-free option.
- Can I use my own board?
- Yes. A one-time flash code activates a Raspberry Pi 5 you supply. The Licences page in the hub lists the memory and storage it supports.
- How do I pay?
- There is no online checkout yet. Email info@augrant.com with the number of sites and devices and we come back with a quote.
